Our AmeriCorps VISTAs are working on a project to help recruit and retain mentors by providing or making accessible any resources that are currently lacking. In order to do so, they have created two surveys, one for coaches and one for mentors, to find out what is working and what needs to be improved. If you could fill out your respective survey or forward to any other coaches/mentors on your team, that would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to reach out to Patti Strones with any questions."
