WAIT...DECODE TOURNAMENTS START WHEN????
- Deadlines:
- Qualifying Tournament Fees due November 1 - see your invoice for details.
- Teams must be registered and paid with FIRST for the new season by 1 week prior to your first qualifying tournament OR by November 10 at the latest.
- Teams must have two adult coaches registered and cleared through FIRST Youth Protection to compete.
- If your team name or information needs to be updated, please do so on your FIRST Dashboard by no later than 4 days prior to your tournament. Name changes submitted later than that may not sync with the scoring system.
- Youth Team Member Registration:
- NEW this season - ALL YOUTH must be registered and have a consent form signed ELECTRONICALLY.
- Paper consent forms are ONLY available in extreme accessibility circumstances (ex: no access to internet at school or home). Paper consent forms must be requested on a per team basis and are not generic.
- We suggest having a parent meeting prior to your first event and registering all students via the EXPRESS ENROLLEMENT process using the link or QR code that is unique to your team.
- Have extra devices available for families that might not have one.
- Have a translator available for families that don't speak English at home.

- Teams will receive information about their specific events from the tournament director approximately one week prior to the tournament.

6-8 pm: Movie night...LEGO BATMAN THE MOVIE!
(Movie night $5 per person, concessions available, bring blanket & pillow or camp chair.)
